There are many ways to explore the blue waters of Lake Tahoe: by jetski, by kayak, by paddleboat, and even while SCUBA diving. However, one of the most elegant ways to see this alpine lake is by chartering the Wild Goose II, a classic wooden boat designed to be like the former race champions from Lake Tahoe circa 1920s.

The Wild Goose II is a 36 foot commuter style boat. She was hand-built from Philippine mahogany in Holland, Michigan by Grand-Craft. The Wild Goose II is U.S. Coast Guard certified, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 passengers. The Goose offers seating both inside and out, and she even has a heated cabin for those chilly Tahoe evenings.

The Wild Goose II can be chartered privately for special events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events, or you can get the schedule for their weekly charters directly from their office.
