The Mountain Home Center in Truckee is the area's largest selection of fireplaces, outdoor furniture, spas and accessories for the Tahoe Mountain home. The store on Brockway Road has a huge selection of kitchen gear, Lake and Mountain signs, carved bear art, lamps and mirrors, luxurious tablecloths and napkins, baskets, fishing and hunting decor, bathroom hardware, candles and votives and items from Truckee artists. The quality of each item is high, but the prices are fairly reasonable. You can pick up a gift or home item for under $50. The store also sells gift certificates.
