Various classes will be held at Le Cordon Bleu where you can learn about salt block cooking, how to roast your own coffee, make your own condiments or sauces, and much more. When you are not learning something new, you can sit down and enjoy one of the many dinner series available. The dinner series take place at various restaurants and feature one local chef paired with a visiting chef that collaborate together to present something innovative and fun, along with the perfect wines.
All events will take place in downtown Portland at popular restaurants or parks and, unless stated otherwise, are for those 21 and up only.
