The Hoxton Portland

The Hoxton is one of Portland's most affordable hotels in downtown Portland. It is a boutique hotel with a nice community feel. They make great use of public spaces, including an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant at the top. The lobby is also a flowing space with a coffee bar, lots of seating, and a restaurant. The rooms are snug, to say the least, but they max out the space. They do have larger rooms for those that need more than one bed. Everyone who stays at The Hoxton hotel receives free WIFI and a breakfast bar in the morning.
