Portland, Oregon has two outlet malls. One 15 minutes away in Troutdale, OR the Troutdale Premium Outlets where you will find a Coach outlet.  Then there are the Woodburn Company Stores, an even larger outlet 25 minutes away in Woodburn, OR.
