About Lima Nightlife
Lima’s nightlife scene has grown and improved during the last ten years. There are options for either having crazy fun, to enjoy chilling with a drink, dining, dancing, gambling, for romance (including LGBT scene), and many other choices, according to your personal preference. Nightlife fun in Lima starts a little late, since many Peruvians end their day of work late, in turn. Although bars and cafeterias start opening around 6pm, they won’t be crowded until it’s at least 9pm, even during workdays: that’s why most of them have special 2x1 offers called “happy hour”. And keep in mind that real partying in dance clubs and concert venues usually starts around 11pm. So many people goes to a bar first, to “warm up” enjoying some drinks (and maybe sandwiches or something light for dinner), and then go to a club or disco to have some more fun. However, we are sure that Lima’s nightlife will not let you down, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
