10 Best Spas in Singapore for a day of pampering and relaxation

Everybody deserves a little pampering now and again, especially when you are on holiday and have the time to indulge in a little ‘me’ time. Singapore boasts some fabulous spas, both within the city’s five star hotels, and independent day spas.

Our top three choices are all located on Sentosa, Singapore’s ‘Pleasure Island’. Top of the list is ESPA’s Asian flagship spa, which is set in 10,000 square meters of lush tropical grounds within Resorts World Sentosa. This pampering paradise features Singapore’s first authentic Turkish Hammam, a Japanese onsen, and various indoor and outdoor heat and water experiences, including vitality pools fitted with air and water massage jets, icy plunge pools, crystal steam rooms and rock saunas.

Also on Sentosa you will find the Auriga Spa at the Capella Singapore, with its extensive hot and cold wet facilities; and tropical garden favorite Spa Botanica at The Sentosa, complete with outdoor mud pools, waterfalls and vitality pools.

The city center hotels are not to be outdone, with the Banyan Tree Spa at Marina Bay Sands boasting spectacular views from its treatment rooms on the 55th floor of this iconic building, while The Spa at the Mandarin Oriental and Remède Spa at the St Regis also provide tranquil sanctuaries in the heart of the bustling city.

Also within the city center, you will find several independent day spas, all boasting unique pampering experiences. Check out Spa Boutique in its tropical garden setting, Ikeda Spa, Singapore’s first Japanese luxury day spa, the luxurious Estheva Spa at Raffles Hotel shopping arcade, and Singapore’s homegrown beauty success story, Spa Esprit.
