Au Jardin is a romantic French restaurant based in an elegantly restored 1920s colonial black and white bungalow, hidden amongst the foliage in the heart of the Botanic Gardens. Chef Wei Han serves up relaxed fine-dining French cuisine, served in the intimate main dining room which seats just 45 people. The menu changes according to seasonal produce, but you can expect dishes such as Pan-Seared Quail Medallion with seasonal mushrooms, "Joselito" ham, potato chips and walnut sauce; and Poached Wild Halibut in Lemongrass Oil. The wine list boasts more than 1200 labels, with house pours by the glass changing according to the menu. With Chef Patissier Liew San Lun enticing you with creations such as Baked Alaska with caramel hazelnut parfait, frozen banana foam & mousse with passion fruit sorbet, you'll want to leave room for dessert.
