Your answer is Clare's Creamery which is stunning ice cream lovers out of a quaint little location next to Shaw Pharmacy and Fork & Plough just outside of Downtown Greenville in the historic Overbrook community. Owner Caitlin Clare has dreamt of opening her own ice cream shop her entire life and, after a ten-year "traditional" career, has finally made the plunge and turned that dream into a reality. And guess what? That love translates into every bite of ice cream in the room.
