There are reports of a U.F.O sighting in Myrtle Beach this summer, and this one isn't disappearing any time soon.
Encounters: U.F.O Experience is the latest attraction to appear at the popular Broadway at the Beach complex. This high-tech museum takes visitors on a virtual history tour of alleged close encounters of the third kind.

Featuring nine galleries that cover a wide range U.F.O.-related topics, such as the military's role in gathering evidence from the skies and individual events that have been documented or unexplained, this attraction makes a strong case that we are not alone in the universe.
Despite the science-fiction structure, which features a flying saucer busting through the roof, Encounters: U.F.O Experience digs deep into history to relay reported sightings from early man to modern times. Research into extraterrestrial life is displayed along with more than 200 artifacts donated to the museum by UFO aficionados.
Visitors can experience the thrills and chills of an actual alien abduction, as reported by those who claim to have had a close encounter. And guests will learn some of the many secrets about Area 51.
All of these out-of-this-world issues will be explored in vivid detail, allowing visitors themselves to be the judges about whether we are alone in the universe. The answers just might change the way you look at the world.
