Situated in Barcelona's trendy Poble Sec neighborhood, Hotel Brummell is an oasis unto itself.
Not only does this beautiful designer hotel feature state-of-the-art rooms in an old-meets-modern fusion, but it also has a rustic yet elegant yoga studio, as well as a delicious restaurant featuring renowned chef Damien Bolger.

Created by friends, the facade of this building remains as it was built in 1870, while the interior has been completely transformed by architect Inma Rabano.
The impeccable design was done by Australian-born architects famous in Barcelona for their many successful projects, including one of the first brunch locales in the city, Federal, of which now there are two locations.
Based on the pairs' trips to Sri Lanka and their passion for "tropical modernism," they've turned Brummell into a place where "other worlds and times mix with our local world and modern times."
Brummell is a small, boutique hotel with a mix of rooms, apartments, a poolside classic room and two exclusive penthouses, each with an outdoor bathtub, queen bed and completely private terrace.

Each of the rooms is equipped with free WiFi, air conditioner, 100% cotton sheets and towels, rain effect shower, bathroom floor heating, Malin + Goetz products, in-room safe, flat-screen TV, tablet, desk and outdoor access.
The restaurant, The Box Social, is a high-quality eatery, with an excellent lunch, brunch and dinner menu. The space allows for fabulous experiences to be had and shares the common space of the Brummell for food, as well as casual drinks.
For those looking to stay fit and unwind with a bit of yoga, the Brummell offers classes in the Garage, a multi-functional space for yoga and back-to-basics workouts. It can even transform into a lively event space.
Classes are led by Veronica Blume, who's traveled the world and uses her raw strength, anatomical knowledge and maternal comfort to make her clients feel amazing.

The Brummell is more than a hotel; it's a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the mix of urban-meets-tranquil serenity. It's not only ideal for guests, but it's also perfect for locals who are looking to take a break from the bustling downtown core.
It fits in perfectly with the up-and-coming Poble Sec crowd – understated and cool, elegant and charming – and it's a welcome addition to Barcelona's hotel scene in an out-of-the-way area of the Old City.
