Manolo Blahnik

The name Manolo Blahnik has become synonymous with luxury footwear (and ‘Sex in the City', if we're being honest). Though Manolo Blahnik, the world's most famous shoe designer, is Spanish by birth he developed his career in London. In fact, the Manolo Blahnik store on Madrid's Golden Mile only opened in 2005. But like the rest of his stores, this Salamanca outpost is a luxurious treat for those who can afford to spend 700 euros and up for a pair of shoes. Note that though there is a lot of eye candy there, the staff will prohibit you from taking any photographs.
