Built in 1929, The Factory occupies the buildings that once served as the Dortch Stove Works, Magic Chef and later the Jamison Bedding Company in Franklin. A member of the National Register of Historic Places, The Factory is rich with history and a very careful renovation has preserved many of the building's original features and architectural details. Today, The Factory at Franklin has 83 tenants. Live music, family events and art gatherings add to the charm. And since it is just minutes from charming downtown Franklin, you can double up on shopping and head over there for more boutique shopping, possibly after a meal at Saffire.
