Oktoberfest means "Schnitzelfest" at this popular Bavarian restaurant. Every year during the October celebration, the Bavarian Grill offers diners a large selection of more than 18 different types of Schnitzels during the evenings. Some of the different varieties include stuffed, breaded and pan seared Schnitzels. If you're not in the mood for that, head on out to the Bier Garten (both indoor and outdoor), which features more than 50 different types of German beers and more than 20 German wines. On the weekends, the Bavarian Grill has live music as well. Some of the most popular menu items there (besides the Schnitzel), include the authentic "Gemischter Salat" (carrots, green beans, cucumber dill, tomato, pickled beets and apple vinegar), potato pancakes, mushroom caps stuffed with bratwurst, oven-roasted chicken and a wide variety of sausages.
The Bavarian Grill has been ranked the highest-rated German restaurant in the Lone Star State by ZAGAT for many years.
