If you live in Dallas or you're planning a visit this summer, there's no better place to spend a summer day than at Grapevine Mills' LEGOLAND Discovery Center.
This popular Dallas attraction is family friendly, and it's got everything you need to give your kids a day of activity, as you take a break from the hot Texas sun.
From LEGO-themed rides, 4D LEGO movies, building centers, indoor playgrounds and one of the most comprehensive LEGO gift shops in Texas to the newly opened outdoor Pirate Beach, LEGOLAND Discovery Center has everything you need to build a perfect time with your kids.

You'll start off your adventure by meeting Professor Brick-a-Brack, who will take you on a tour of the LEGO Factory and even let the kids help "make" a LEGO brick. Then, the options are limitless about what you and your family can do!
If you're visiting with toddlers, they'll love the indoor rides, like the Kingdom Quest Laser Ride that lets them shoot lasers at targets or Merlin's Apprentice Ride, which requires the bicycle-pedaling abilities of Mom or Dad. Then, they can play with giant foam LEGO blocks in the toddler-only area, complete with a slide!
Older kids will keep busy at one of many building areas, including the Earthquake Tables, which encourage them to build towers and then test out their durability in a simulated earthquake, as well as the LEGO Racers: Build and Test area, which allows them to build cars out of LEGOs and then test them on one of many ramps.
School-aged children can participate in one of LEGOLAND’s newest attractions – the LEGO Ninjago Training Camp – to enhance coordination, test their reactions in ninja missions, build Ninjago out of LEGO bricks and try their skills in the Ninja maze.
Adults and kids alike will enjoy the LEGO MINILAND, a huge room with LEGO-sized replicas of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most famous attractions, like the American Airlines Center; Reunion Tower; the Old Red Museum; the downtown Dallas skyline; AT&T Cowboys Stadium; and ranch land outside of Dallas, complete with a John Deere tractor, along with moving trains and planes.
One of the best parts of LEGOLAND Discovery Center this summer is the newly opened Pirate Beach, an outdoor spray park complete with more than 30 interactive gadgets pumping and spraying thousands of gallons of water, a playground, water slides and also a soft play area.
Bring your swimsuits and towels for this attraction!
Entry to LEGOLAND is managed by time slots, so it’s best to buy your tickets and make reservation times online before you go.
Have fun!
