Don't get too comfy with the menu, because it's always changing

If you're in Dallas and looking for a unique dining experience, head on down to the up-and-coming West Dallas Trinity Grove area to Kitchen LTO. This newly opened hot spot specializes in change. As in, the chef, the menu and the decor change multiple times a year.

This innovative restaurant concept is quite unique, in that the chefs are chosen by peer and diner nominations. The current chef, Norman Grimm, specializes in modern French/American cuisine. Some of his menu staples include rabbit confit salad, oxtail and sake-glazed pork belly. Other impressive menu items include ricotta cheese gnocchi, pork tenderloin, crispy salmon and snapper.

Kitchen LTO also has an impressive dessert list, with items like The Elvis - a caramelized banana hazelnut terrine - and Gingerbread Bread Pudding - served with mocha ice cream and chocolate coulis.

And diners who like to indulge will appreciate the extensive cocktail menu, complete with drinks like the Lady Bird Daiquiri, a concoction made with vintage-style Cana Brava rum, apple cider, lemon juice and agave.

But don't get too comfortable with these delectable offerings! Chef Norman Grimm will move out to make way for a new (yet to be announced) chef, who will appear on February 5, 2014. So if you want to try Grimm's menu, then book your reservation now!
