Located at the corner of Main St. and Field St. in Downtown Dallas, Empire Rock Bar had its soft opening in April 2012. This new bar offers rock music lovers a unique haven that is perfect for a night out on the town. It features several areas, including a 50-foot main bar, a DMX-lighted dance floor, several live entertainment stages and a state-of-the-art DJ booth. The club owner touts it as part bar, part lounge. It also has multiple 70-inch Aqua televisions throughout the place that feature live-streaming concerts, sporting events and Twitter feeds. Whether you're looking for a rowdy night out with friends or just want to chill out and enjoy some great music, this new bar has it all. It has a wide variety of live entertainment, including professional pole dancers and fire breathers.
Empire Rock Bar is located in the basement of 1301 Main St., and it's not hard to find via the lighted staircase or 1st floor elevator in the building. Want privacy? Chill out in the VIP Room, which has comfortable couches, a private VIP bathroom and a VIP bar. Check out the bar's website to find out what events will be occurring during your visit to Big D. And don't worry about dressing up for this bar, as it has no cover charge for regular admission.
