Sporting one of the lushest alfresco spaces in Bishop Arts is Paradiso, a stunning Mediterranean-chic eatery that features a seasonal menu inspired by the southern coast of Europe. This translates to dishes such as lightly fried baby artichoke hearts, house-made pasta and grilled steaks as well as wood-fired fish and pizzas. What makes this place even more unique is that while diners wait for their main courses, they can choose from an array of appetizers that circulate through the restaurant on a roving cart. Sunday brunch brings items like shrimp Benedict and Dutch cakes with berries alongside live entertainment in the garden. Desserts are worth saving space for.
