TLC Vegan Kitchen

Co-owner/chef Troy Gardner of V-Eats in Trinity Groves is now slinging his popular vegan dishes out of a ghost kitchen located in the Lake Highlands area, which is open for curbside pick-up as well as delivery through DoorDash and UberEats. The kitchen offers a robust selection of savory items, ranging from pizzas topped with house seasoned Impossible sausages and homemade cashew mozzarella to chicken fried oyster mushroom hoagies and grilled vegan brats. Complete dinners for two or four people are also available and includes things like chicken fried Impossible Steak with mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.Food can be ordered online at any time and then scheduled for pick-up for another day or time during business hours.
