This rustic Henderson hotspot is as well-known for its ridiculously good wood-fired pies as it is for the long wait time it takes to score a seat. But don't let the lines deter you, especially if you're craving a gluten-free pizza that doesn't taste like a cardboard Frisbee. And though the dough occasionally runs out of stock on high-demand days (call ahead before you come to make sure they have any), you can usually order the GF pies just like you would any other. The funghi, with exotic mushrooms and truffled porcini mushroom sauce is an excellent option, but it's the balsamic roasted chicken pie, topped with blue cheese, tomatoes and spinach– that has us coming back time and time again. Don't skip the apps either, the Alaskan snow crab claws are worthy of a trip here on their own.
