This Denton-area water park is opened during the long Texas summer season, from the end of May until the beginning of September. Denton Water Works Park is situated next to the Denton Natatorium and skate park off FM 428 (Sherman Drive). It features a children's play pool, a slow-flowing river feature, 4 giant water slides and a sand volleyball court. Other park features include party and picnic pavilions, an outdoor amphitheater and lots of green space perfect for playing in the sun!
