Beat Street Coffee Co. and Bistro is yet another example of how San Antonio’s culinary scene is growing by leaps and bounds! This contemporary and romantic restaurant and coffee bar, located in one of San Antonio’s most beautiful neighborhoods, offers uniquely delicious Mediterranean fare in a relaxed setting.

The menu's ingredients are clearly chosen by a chef with a palate for flavor fusions that are original yet work to create a symbiotic bliss you’ll be day-dreaming about for weeks after your visit. The Scallop and Lamb Fideos, Papas Bravas with sweet sherry chorizo aioli and Almond Chai Pannacotta with Strawberry Prosecco Soup are perfect examples of this. When you take a bite of each of these flavors together, it’s surprisingly synergistic.

Beat Street’s attention to detail is also found in their own house-roasted coffee beans, house-grown herbs and their dedication to sourcing ingredients from local farmers whenever possible.

The beer and wine list was also chosen with care. For an intimate meal with your partner or close friends, Beat Street is the perfect place to settle in for the evening. They even have a quaint little patio with comfortable seating. As for breakfast or lunch, this is a much better choice than Starbucks. And no worries: they do offer Wi-Fi.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and just about as passionate about their offerings as the chef. Beat Street is aptly named for a dining experience that can’t be beat!
