Founded by Amanda Alarcon, New York Exchange Boutique offers a mix of San Antonio fashion enhanced with New York style. The shop is actually a consignment shop that offers high-end fashion and upscale accessories at prices everyone can appreciate. The trendy boutique enjoys the patronage of several hundred customers who bring in top designer labels such as Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and many other well-known brands.

Recently, the store was proud to announce a new location and a grand re-opening.  They made local headlines with a chic fashion show. Models dressed in up-to-the-minute fashions strolled the runway while appreciative audience members looked on. The community-conscious boutique is known for joining forces with local artists and jewelry designers. This dedication to promoting local business and their commitment to recycling and sustainability was reflected in their re-opening events and continues to be a theme throughout the boutique with its funky decorations and accessories.

Most recently, the New York Exchange Boutique sponsored its first ‘Girls Night Out’ in the store. It was a wonderful success.  Guests were invited to shop, mix and mingle in the store while taking advantage of a 99 cent rack of stylish and chic designer clothing. Keep in mind, this is not the average thrift store. This boutique only deals in quality and premium pieces so shoppers were ecstatic and may have had trouble believing their good fortune!  Massages, chocolate and cocktails were also present, rounding out the evening on relaxing note.
