A popular place for business people and often the hotel of choice for dignitaries visiting the capital, the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa has a good reputation. It sits on Festival Square which can be found on Lothian Road across from the grand Usher Hall. It is also a stone’s throw away from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. As well as playing host to business travelers, the Sheraton also serves tourists keen to explore Edinburgh’s charms.

They say location is everything. With stunning views of Edinburgh Castle it is a short walk to the city center and the New Town in one direction or the cobbled streets and alleys of the Old Town in the other. The Sheraton is very well placed. It has just been completely renovated by MKV Design and so the open public spaces have been refurbished in stunning style and the rooms and suites boast all sorts of luxurious modern touches such as mood lighting, media hubs and glass-walled bathrooms.

In addition to comfortable five star accommodation the Sheraton also houses a variety of meeting rooms, a bar and restaurant in the grand cafe style, and a well-appointed spa facility with a swimming pool, gym and various treatments on offer. For contemporary luxury and a fantastic central location the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is well worth considering.
