In a welcoming, approachable and plant-filled space, this new culinary addition to Greenlake has been making waves since its arrival. Eight Row brings the flavors of Central Washington farming communities to Seattle with its "innovative, farm-inspired, pan-american food," accompanied by a thoughtfully curated lineup of beer, cider and wine from around the globe. (The restaurant's craft cocktails are named after tree fruit cultivars, as a nod to Chef's family's orchards, located on the other side of the mountains.) The lights dim in the evening, making it a perfect time to converse with your favorite person over standout dishes like Baywater sweet oysters, rockfish ceviche, fried eggplant, pumpkin gnocchi and the whole trout, served with roasted fennel, grilled radicchio, brûléed orange, pistachio and sorrel.
