Established in Seattle in 2014, Dough Zone Dumpling House was created with the desire to bring traditional homemade Chinese comfort food into a modern setting. Dough Zone opened its first store in Bellevue, and has since expanded into a chain with eight stores throughout the greater Seattle area with two more locations opening soon in Woodinville and U-District, one Oregon location in Portland and three locations in Northern California located in San Mateo, Cupertino and San Jose. Using only the freshest ingredients, Dough Zone specializes in authentic Chinese buns like q-bao (pan-fried buns), Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and a variety of regional Chinese noodles.
