Elegance and style characterize this hip downtown bar, which pulls in its share of attractive young professionals. Dark furnishings, candles and a fireplace all add a note of intimacy, and ceiling-mounted stars twinkle in the dimness. Depending on when you're there, you'll find vocalists, jazz bands or DJs spinning a variety of tunes as patrons boogie on the dance floor. If you get hungry, there's a variety of foods to satiate, and of course, drinks of all sorts are widely available, too. Given its popularity, Baltic can get somewhat crowded, but its ambience and great entertainment more than compensate.

- Dance Clubs: "Chill and classy, the Baltic Room made a commitment to club culture with the removal of a large central bar from the main room, making way for a much larger dance floor on which to shake your groove thang. If you're craving some VIP treatment, make a booth reservation."
- Best for Dance Clubs Because: If you're looking for a spacious dance floor, Baltic Room is your place. Serious dance buffs get down in an elegant and hip space.
