No. 10: Mrs. Heather's Farm - Albany, Louisiana

Mrs. Heather's Pumpkin Patch is festive fun for every visitor, young and old. Search the fields for the perfect pumpkin to take home, and afterward get a hands-on pumpkin carving tutorial. Additional activities at the farm include learning how pumpkins grow, walking the nature trail and pumpkin painting.

No. 9: Mike's Farm - Beulaville, North Carolina

Find and pick the perfect pumpkin at Mike's Farm. Hop on a joyous hayride to the pumpkin patch, offered on Tuesdays through Saturdays in October. Fall Festival Saturdays are perfect for a family outing to see the animals, listen to live music, watch a magic show and relax at the farm restaurant. Fall Educational Tours are offered for groups to spend a day learning how things work on the farm and the history of the land.

No. 8: Pumpkin Patch at Irvine Park Railroad - Orange, California

Pumpkin Patch visitors at Irvine Park Railroad are given access to many activities free of charge. These include the spooky Haunted House, Hay Maze, Picture Stands and Hay Pyramid for a fun climbing experience. Visitors can purchase tickets for train rides, hayrides, face painting, panning for gold, carnival games and pumpkin decorating. The Great Pumpkin Weigh-Off is an annual event where pumpkin growers gather to see who grew the heaviest pumpkin!

Celebrate the fall season while experiencing all that Linvilla Orchards has to offer. Explore Pumpkinland, where over 100 tons of pumpkins – big and small, long and wide, short and tall, and in various colors – are on display. Once you've found the perfect pumpkin, enjoy an afternoon journeying on the Harvest Hayride, looking for a way out of the Corn Maze and checking out the Farm Market for some delicious treats to take home.

Autumn at the Arboretum is exciting for everyone that stops by. Thousands of pumpkins, gourds and squash are arranged in displays to correspond with the Pumpkin Village's annual theme. Walk around the beautiful 66 acres and visit the maze designed for younger visitors.

Find the perfect pumpkin for carving, roasting seeds and decorating at Kelder's Farm.
