1. Leave your footprints in the sand along Lovers Beach
It's secluded, provides lovely views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean, and you can swim here.
2. Picnic on the grounds of Cottle Church
A former president of Nevis, John Cottle, built a church where slaves and masters could worship together. Though it was never consecrated, it's located on the 980-acre Round Hill Estate and is a very popular attraction.

It's the longest stretch of beach on the island and still a bit rustic in spots. If the water happens to be muddy where you are, walk a few paces away to where it's probably perfect.

There's a small airport on Nevis, however, most larger airlines fly into St. Kitts. From there you can take a ferry ($8-$9.00 USD) to Nevis. Or, fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico and take Cape Air to the Nevis airport. The destination is worth the journey, however you get there!
