  • Disneyland's Diamond Celebration

Disney lovers are ticking off the days leading up to Disneyland Resort's 60th anniversary in July. • King Arthur Carousel

The King Arthur Carousel, a handcrafted Dentzel carousel built in Philadelphia in 1922, was purchased by Walt Disney from Sunnyside Beach Park in Toronto. Walt wanted everyone to ride a galloping horse like King Arthur, so additional antique horses were located and used.

  • Main Street USA

Main Street USA is home to a number of original attractions including the Main Street Cinema, horse-drawn streetcars and the Disneyland Railroad. It's one of the most loved areas of the resort since it's the first and last place visitors see when entering and leaving the park.

  • Snow White's Scary Adventure

You're never really safe from the watchful eye of the evil Queen. (Peer up at the window above the outside entrance and you might see her pull aside the velvet drapery.) She may see you board your mine-cart vehicle for the two-minute tour that takes you to the merry cottage of the Seven Dwarfs, the mines and other scary locations.
