Winter held on tight this year, but it seems that summer is finally on its way. To celebrate, 10Best is continuing our search for the nation's best beaches, and we need your help. We're looking for the most summer vacation-worthy beaches in Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Virginia, so vote for your favorites in each state once per day.
Polls close on Monday, May 28 at noon ET, and the 10 winning beaches in each category will be announced on Friday, June 8. Here are the winners for California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
Best Massachusetts Beach

From Astoria in the north to Brookings in the south, every inch of Oregon's 363 miles of coastline is open to the public, thanks to the Oregon Beach Bill passed in 1967.
