The Trump name has long been synonymous with luxury, but it's only recently come to be tied to "presidential," or has it?
The history of the Presidential Suite is actually rooted in the presidency of Woodrow Wilson. As a frequent traveler, he had very specific demands for hotel rooms and believed that his accommodations should be tailored to his expectations.
The Presidential Suites we know today don't exactly subscribe to Wilson's original requirements and are more often the largest or most luxurious suites a hotel has to offer. That brings us to now, where we again find the two worlds of hotels and politics colliding.
Don't worry; we're more interested in the hotels. Here are 10 of Trump's finest Presidential Suites.
1. Ayrshire, Scotland | Trump Turnberry

Secluded and dreamy, this Lighthouse Suite is said to be the most expensive hotel room in the entire UK, and you can see why. Stunning views frame the 1873 Turnberry Lighthouse, with the Firth of Clyde on one side and a championship golf course on the other. Inside you'll find a two bedroom suite with marble bathrooms and living and dining areas. Oh, did we mention the butler?

Trump's Las Vegas outpost has plenty of penthouses available for high rollers, but the Three Bedroom Penthouse is what we have our eyes on. With over 3,000 square feet of space, there's plenty of room to have an Indecent Proposal moment and roll around in all of the money you just won at the casino. Plus, you can watch the dazzling lights of the Strip from your master bed. Sin City, indeed.

When you think "Trump Tower" or "Trump Hotels," the New York location is probably the one that comes to mind. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the Two Bedroom Park View Suite is the largest of Trump's luxury rooms at 1540 square feet. As the name implies, the suite boasts amazing Central Park views. What's not implied? The in-suite personal chef.
6. Panama | Trump International Hotel & Tower

Trump International Hotel in Panama is the sole Trump property in Central America, so it has to impress, and the 1562-square-foot Presidential Suite does not disappoint. Located on the 35th floor, you're guaranteed panoramic city views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
7. Toronto | Trump International Hotel & Tower

Mired in controversy since its opening, the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Toronto recently went into receivership and it might not be long before Trump's name vanishes from the tower (as hotel manager; the company has never owned the property).
Throughout the chaos, though, the hotel has never skimped on luxury. In fact, the hotel once made headlines for offering a Presidential Suite at a whopping $20,000 per night. As a solid second choice, you might prefer the Sky Suite, located on the 40th floor. As you might guess, the views from these windows are unbelievable, and the lodging is just as great.
8. Vancouver | Trump International Hotel & Tower
Grand Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite, ~$2600/night

Although not officially open yet, the Trump International Hotel in Vancouver is set to offer the luxury synonymous with the brand. The Waikiki Penthouse Suite is the ultimate in extravagant accommodation at Trump's Honolulu location. With three balconies, a private rooftop deck and a lap pool, all with ocean views, you'll never want to leave.

The newest in a long line of Trump Hotels, this luxury property resides in Washington's old Post Office Pavilion on Pennsylvania Avenue, and the history of the space is what really sets it apart from other Trump properties. The appropriately-named Postmaster Suite is filled with original, preserved touches like crown molding, doors, carved window casings and a restored fireplace.
