These dogs are deep-fried and served on a stick. A version called the kogo takes it a step further by encasing the deep-fried hotdog in a layer of French fries.

The tunnbrödsrulle starts with a thin flatbread called tunnbröd and has mashed potatoes, shredded lettuce, mayo, shrimp salad, ketchup, mustard and onions along with the hot dog.
